Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping policy
Order of prints, originals, and past Print Club envelopes will be sent out within 5 business days after purchase. Print Club Subscriptions are sent out on the last day of the month. Custom work will have a different timeline for each and every order, and that timeframe will be communicated up front. Occasionally, I will run into supply delays due to weather conditions, and if this causes your order to be delayed a few days, you will receive an email letting you know when to expect your order asap.
Time Limit for Returns
Art is a tricky thing when dealing with returns because it's one of a kind and irreplaceable. I do not accept returns for original work because of how much care goes into packaging them, and I can't control that amount of care when they are being shipped back to me. I will accept returns for print up to 1 week after your package arrives. I know this is a short time frame; however, prints are delicate, leaving them out framed will ultimately result in bending, creasing, damaged edges, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
Return Conditions
If you receive your prints and you realize they aren't a good fit or not what you had in mind, I'm happy to accept them back. I do not accept damaged prints back unless the damage was caused during transit.
Canceling Orders
If you would like to cancel your order of prints or originals, you can do so anytime before your order has been shipped. Custom work can only be canceled within 24 hours after paying the deposit fee. After this time frame, I will not proceed with the painting, and you will not owe the other 70% of your order, but you will forfeit the 30% deposit due to supplies and labor costs that occur within the first 24 hours of initial payment
Refunds
If you have received a package and it was damaged in transit or your package was lost in transit, your package was insured, and you will receive a full refund. Refunds for lost packages will not be made until at least 5 days after you have let me know that you suspect your package may have been lost. Refunds are not available for items damaged after you have received your package. Refunds unfortunately, also cannot be made if a package has been stolen after it was marked delivered.
